I agree with your disagreement (see previous my post).

I don't know much about Australian politics but from the bits I have heard, it seems quite exciting at the moment. A new PM, a commitment to tackle climate change and a fresh approach to Iraq.

In terms of my school, it has a lot holding it back including unsupportive parents, racist parents and, I feel, some people willing to be stuck in the dark ages in terms of the importance of multi-culturalism and education. It's not as bad as the papers like to make out of course but sometimes sitting someone down in a classroom and getting them to write in a book isn't as easy as it sounds!
